It is not an easy process to just get a payout. I want a physical prepaid gift card but it is not allowing this choice, even though it say that is possible.

Being a Union member I expect BeFrugal to be on point with the cashback, with the percentage owed on the order, receiving the cashback, and ultimately the payout.

Hey J J.! We totally hear you! BeFrugal serves as an online cash back portal, that connects you to the cash back that is coming from the Merchant. Once you place an order with the Merchant, they will acknowledge your pending cash back, making it Verified. They then give us an estimated time frame of Up to 120 days for the cash back to go from Verified to Payable.
I understand how difficult it can be to wait for a Payable Status. Due to the Merchants only giving us an estimated time frame, there are times where they approve quick or they can take a little longer. Once the Merchant notifies us of approve cash back, your account automaticlly updates and we notify you of the Payable State.
