They promised me quick shipping, so I ordered the specific battery I needed for my equipment thinking I'd be able to use it for a shoot I had coming up. I was quite pleased when I found the batteries I was looking for on your website, and they were shown as available so I made the purchase. My credit card was charged immediately for the full amount of my order. I wasn't expecting the card to be charged until the order shipped, but whatever. Then, the day I expected to actually receive the batteries I ordered, I instead got an email saying that only half of what I ordered was available and would be shipped soon. I sent a reply email asking if any additional batteries could be expected in the future or when I would see a refund for the half that I wasn't getting. I received the items that were shipped but still no refund for the half-order that was cancelled. After searching the website I finally found a customer service phone number because NONE of the emails had a phone number, and no one was responding to emails. The person I spoke with eventually told me a refund "should" be issued within 24 hours. I'm still waiting to see that refund.
