I haven't been able to see how it works because one of the new battery terminals is not the same size as the original battery that was in our Craftsman garage door opener (the new battery corresponded to the part list in the operating manual). I notified the company & promptly received a reply that they are sending out adapters which will make the new battery fit. Ordered battery on the 14th, shipping says I should receive adapters by the 23rd. Luckily, youtube showed me how to stop the constant beeping on the garage door opener.

It stated it's battery was a replacement for a Craftsman garage door opener battery. Both terminals on your battery are the same size. On the Craftsman battery, one is smaller than the other. I am waiting on adapters that you are sending me that you state will allow me to use it to replace the battery I need.

The back contact on this battery does not fit the connector on my garage door opener.

Please provide instructions on returning the batteries I ordered. They have the right number on them to match my Craftsman garage door openers but the black contact doesn't fit the connector.
