What happened to the free shipping???

easy and fast but your shippingprices are so huge!

I am a previous bto customer. I attempted to purchase599 rvp alpinestar boots about 6 months ago and I wasn't pleased to find out the advertising of products claiming to be in stock and how it relates to the 3 day shipping. Problem 1- site said boots were in stock, they were not lol bto agent said they were close lol i think he said his name was Rick not sure but after i emailed him back about the misrepresentation and to cancel my order he tells me that other customers would be fine with the delay in delivery and that the misrepresentation was what other sites do lol I almost died laughing when i read the email. However I did suggest he make me feel better about this by sending me a coupon which he didnt do just told me what other customers would be fine with and that other stores do the same lol I said Rick or whatever his name was u just lost a customer and made bto look bad, but after ordering thousands of dollars with rocky mtn because their service should be a model for bto I told him i had significant orders to make in future and he could make me consider bto with a decent coupon he just responded with what other customers would be cool with and that all shops say things are in stock when they are not well he is wrong rocky mtn does not and he did not offer any service recovery obviously he doesn't understand successful business models lol. So as long as no one like him tells me something dumb bto will continue based on this order to be a consideration for all my serious mx needs. thank you for listening
