Jordan was very helpful with providing information and answering all of my questions about the order ahead of time. When the award plate did not arrive within two days before the event (due to any reason: late delivery by USPS, it got lost, etc.), Jordan helped immediately and got a new plate in the mail and I received it in time before the event - and it looked great. Award was made timely, but received product is disappointing. Text on award is not straight (i.e., crooked) and gold lettering is not very gold. Packaging is cheap. Overall very disappointing.

When I got the plaque, the wood section with the firefighter was not directly in the center, it was slightly off. So, I had my engraver attempt to work some magic, but since she couldn't remove that section, she couldn't fix it. Also, the name plate, when placed in the correct spot, left a bright trim which should have only been the gold. It wasn't cut correctly, I guess. Thank you for listening to your customers. It only helps make you have a better production staff.
