Does what it says but doesn’t drop down to 90 degrees with just a touch of a button have to unscrew. Same with folding flat too much trouble to do. So basically don’t use these features which is why I bought it. Wanted to be able to quickly drop it to 90 degrees to save space and move it out of the way. Also wanted to easily fold and shove under the bed when I don’t plan to use it for a few days but it’s too much of a hassle. I have a bad back so wanted something quick and easy.

This is wider than I expected and much more comfortable than the ones at my hospital! We only had to put the foot rests on and that was really fast and easy; it's great that they are so adaptable. The brakes are sturdy and the wheels support my 310lbs without me worrying.
