So grateful you had the product I had long been searching for. My only complaint is the search options for your site were a little frustrating. I couldn't search "LG countertop microwave", it would only give me all countertop microwaves and I would have to go through them all. Also, the "sort by alphabetical" feature wasn't working as well. But overall, happy I found you guys, so glad you had the inventory I needed!

Your website needs work. I looked at several models and every time I went back I would have to scroll through the whole page again. Also your account set up and payment info is not user friendly. Lastly there were no details about how the product will be delivered, haul away or anything else.

The refrigerator is as represented, very good looking and is working fine. Very quiet. The delivery time was less than 24 hours and caught me pleasantly by surprise.
The gentleman that delivered the refrigerator, was rude and man handled the refrigerator. When I was moving my vehicle to allow him to back to the garage, he unloaded the refrigerator from curbside and slid the container on the driveway to the garage scratching the driveway coating. I didn't see him unload the refrigerator from the truck but he didn't use a hydraulic lift and he didn't use a dolly. When I told him that he had scratched the driveway, he said "your kidding aren't you". The driveway surfacing cost over $3,000. Amazingly, the refrigerator was not damaged.
