Quick response and thorough in details! It was a bit unnerving to do this completely online, but Brandon over communicated details, several times. There was one problem towards the end of closing, but Brandon quickly handled the issue and closed in 4 weeks.

Expedient service in calculating our different mortgage options.

We worked with a gentleman named Brandon. While in the middle of the loan process Brandon was hard to get a hold of, this small thing is nothing compared to how our loan process worked out. Eventually we found times that worked out for both of us. Brandon really went to bat for us in a complicated, detailed ordinated, and hard loan. In the end we were able to get approved and get the results we wanted, when no other broker or lender would give us the time or day. There were times when Brandon would text with me late at night (0000-0200) because those were my awake hours. While using a broker can be a little more expensive for us using Brandon was well worth it. We will and have used Brandon again. Any one looking for a broker needs to look no further than Brandon as if you want someone who is going to go all out for you and do whats best for your current situation, then Look no futher than Patriot Home Mortgage!

Brandon was very helpful in explaining to me how the whole process of my refi and replied to any questions I had without hesitation, he is very knowledgeable especially with VA loans and refi I am refi again and am going through him since my last refi went smooth and very expedited.

My loan officer Brandon Dinsbach was awesome. He educated me about the process and what to expect because I did not know and I had a lot of questions on how the whole thing worked. He gave me updates, every few days, on where we were at in the process. He was extremely well organized. He answered emails and phone calls promptly (like immediately). He spent as much time as "I" needed to discuss various different things without "rushing" me off the phone or email conversations. My case had some difficult components to it (due to previous divorce, settlement paperwork regarding home, name changes, and deed name changes, too, for my home) and he got me through all of that with ease and we achieved everything that I needed us to. My mom went through the same refinance process earlier this year and although her case did not have any of MY difficult components to it, she encounter a lot of issues during her process with the company that she chose to work with and so I was hesitant to even enter the process after witnessing that......but I did not experience any of the many problems, hassles, miscommunication, and blatant paperwork mistakes that she did and I even achieved a better rate than she did. I almost forgot to mention that we went through the entire process in 30 days on the dot and remember, I had many tricky components to my situation and he worked through them quickly and with no problems. I could not be more pleased with my experience and the end result. Brandon Dinsbach at Patriot Home Mortgage was "just the best" and I am so glad that I decided to "trust" him....to work with.

Brandon made the home buying process easy and painless when I purchased my first home. He was so knowledable, creative and responsive throughout the entire process. He was able to get us the best rate and helped me see how easy Home buying can be. He answered all my questions immediately and took away the anxiety that comes with buying a home.

Brandon is an outstanding loan officer. He is knowledgeable, responsive, educates me about options, answers my questions, and I consider him a trusted advisor. Lauren is also an outstanding part of the team. She is knowdlgsble and quickly answers my questions. She is dedicated. I will often receive immediate responses to email questions after hours. I have completed 5 mortgage loans with Patriot. I will not use anyone else. I have used 5 other institutions in the past and none of them hold a candle to the knowledge, service, and cost effective loan options offered by Patriot. Well done team.
