Paul was great from the time I made contact until the loan was completed. His co worker Alexandra was also great, responding to within the same day and most times within the hour. The loan finalized so fast I was nervous because my central heat and air went out and we're coming up on winter (the system needed to be replaced). I checked a couple other resources for a loan but the interest rate with Patriot Home Mortgage was the best.

Overall, I gave Patriot 4 stars. I rarely give 5 stars for anything. We knew we were going to have a difficult time thanks to credit issues caused by a past divorce, but Patriot was able to get us funded at a good rate. Our main issues were with the appraisal which was not the fault of Patriot and the underwriting process that took a little longer than expected causing our closing to be delayed twice. However, our Loan Officer Brandon Brown kept us informed and explained the process fully. I gave Brandon 5 stars because I felt he went above and beyond to assist us, answering all of our questions in full and very quickly. I usually had a response to my questions within a few hours. I would definitely recommend Patriot mortgage to anyone.

Friendly and industrious. Felt like I was a person, not just a client. Continued communications over the years have fostered this feeling and has definitely earned my trust and my business.
