The two-circuit track was not explained. My husband is not an electrician, and he was confused by the installation requirements. I requested assistance but never received a reply. My husband eventually figured it out. We only needed single-circuit track. Also, the shipping cost (given that LA is just 12 hours away by car) was exorbitant: more than $93 for two small, lightweight packages.

Plastic shade around bulb becomes brittle and breaks, company will not sell you parts

Lighting came incomplete, had to contact them and send them pictures for more parts. They shipped the remaining parts, but now I have been out of lights for much longer than I should have been. Need better quality control to ensure that the packages are coming complete especially with the price of these fixtures.

Had some issues with the checkout process. It went through after a process. Had issues with the product when it was delivered. Had to take too much time out of my busy workday to make sure my order was complete when it should have been checked before leaving the warehouse. Will not order again.

Light arrived not in working order. It doesn't look like the images on the website, but rather has grooves and holes punched in the sides to hold the diffuser. Also, it only dims with a dimmer that costs more than the fixture. Unattractive and disappointing.
