The customer service process for switching our order over was a bit more tedious and confusing than I would have liked. I had to bounce around the company's various representatives a couple times before I was connected with the individual who would be able to complete the switch for us. After that hassle, I was disappointed when the lights did not satisfactorily meet our needs. I submitted a return request through the website last week but have yet to hear back about it. There was no clear way to know if my return request submitted correctly, so I would recommend having some kind of indication on the website when a return request is submitted that shows that the request has been received and I "can expect an emailed confirmation" shortly, or something like that. I suspect I will need to email one of their representatives directly to make progress with the return. I hope other customers will have a better, more streamlined, more satisfactory experience than we did!
