Started very frustrated. Could not call in order, and web page would not take on-line order. Then on-line chat help was not available. But when I called back in, Allison was very helpful. She checked the problem, called back and stayed with me on the line until my order went through.

The order arrived quickly, and everything was inside. But, the package was handled roughly with bashed corners, and I'm not sure if the bulbs will last and if they are operating properly. The UV lamp for the portable unit rattled when I removed it from the box. But, it appears to be operating correctly once I installed it in the portable unit. The in-duct lamp was a replacement for another bulb that we installed 8/22. I was expecting the prior lamp to last a year, but it barely lasted 1/2 a year. It had turned from blue to golden, and both ends of the bulb were darkened. The new in-duct lamp we just received has the bluish glow I'd expect, but the housing is warm.

I was concerned having a bulb that is long and narrow sent through the mail. I thought for sure that it would arrive broken, but I was wrong. The bulb arrived in perfect shape. Thank you!

Looking forward to receiving my purchase and having clean air in our house! Update 11/15/22: Received two Skye air purifiers last week, but didn't have time to set them up before going out of town for the weekend. Was able to get the first one setup last night. So far really happy. Looking forward to getting the second one setup tonight! I didn't realize these things have wi-fi and you can monitor and control them remotely. Nice feature!
