Really happy so far with my new Skye 5. Set up was easy with the exception of the finicky bottom lock mechanism which finally required that I had to reach out to your customer support guys to walk me through getting the air purifier to turn on. Only other issue I have yet to figure out is getting your software app to link to my internet.

I've had a -1 UV home sanitizer since 04 2004---- No complaints
I called this morning to determine why the new bulb that i installed immediately burned out
Allison was very helpful and suggested that I check the voltage on my ballast
I did, and determined that there was no/zero voltage
We agreed that my unit was "out of warranty"---duh
As a result I just ordered this new haven unit
