As a realtor, I work with lenders on an almost daily basis. Matt McDowell has always gone above and beyond for my clients so when I needed a lender for a personal re-fi I knew he was the person to call. Matt has great 'bedside manner,' his communication is always timely, and he just simply knows his stuff. Happy to be a source of referrals for him and now also a customer.

These are unparalleled times , so not Affinity's fault. Paul rocked , but I did not like how much things changed from estimate to actual. The insurance company shouldn't just be able to ask for $500 more last minute. Again not Affinity's fault. I am nervous because I don't have a 'welcome' packet yet ... but again just a sign of the current situation.

Seamless experience. Andrew was fantastic with communication and answered any and all questions or concerns we had. Would gladly recommend working him.

Jeff is the best! He is extremely knowledgeable and can explain every detail of any question we had in the process. He gets things done quickly and is easy to get ahold of. With more than one home, we have done several refinances through Jeff and Affinity Mortgage and wouldn't trust anyone else! No hidden fees. Everything is always clear. We recommend to everyone we know.
