Seals on unit were porous, had to re-seal in order for the unit to hold water. Kind of ridiculous for the price of the unit.

The Water Fall design with our company logo makes a "statement" when a client walk into our lobby. The only comment I have is that they need to do a better job on providing more detailed installation instructions with actual photos that relate to the specific product that you are installing.

Overall I love this fountain but I wish the Instruction Manual and their videos were a little more focused on details. The manual is very nicely printed in color on quality paper but I would have preferred they be black and white that could be easily edited as needed so they can easily make them clear. Since they probably printed 100's of copies and the whole process is expensive this feedback will probably not be implemented. I don't have the manual in front of me right now but I remember the part about installing the pump was very unclear. I see this often where the person writing the instructions is so familiar with the product and are living in their world and don't take the perspective of the person reading the instructions for the first (or, ultimately, 6th) time into account. I hired a very competent pro to install this and we both were scratching our heads and it took longer than it should have to figure it out ($$). This was the same for a video sent to me to troubleshoot a problem where I came home to a puddle on the floor. "First, empty the water". Ok - is there a specific/best way to do that? He then started talking about different parts and had one in his hand, so that was clear, but when he mentioned others I wasn't sure what he was talking about. Is there another video for that? I ended up taking some water out with a turkey baster (new and will be used only for that) and things seem to be working ok so I will keep my fingers crossed. Other issues: Every time I turn it on after filling it, I have to adjust the flow to make it even and stop water squirting out from the right side. They suggest leaving it on all the time to extend the life of the pump but that means it needs a gallon or two of water every week. Be prepared to either buy a water distiller (expensive and clunky) or get used to hauling jugs of distilled water (and making sure it's in a recyclable container). Having said all that - I really do love it when it's working properly! I've had it for about a month so time will tell if the issues outweigh the benefits.

It's takes a bit of patience to install this. My electrician installed the fountain and it took him 3 hours. He had to change something with the cord in order to hang it properly and bury the wiring. We are very pleased with it, and love the way it looks and sounds.

It is beautiful!! We have found it difficult to get the water to distribute evenly over the stone. We are still making tiny adjustments to work through it. But, the customer service is outstanding both during the purchase and subsequent installation questions. One could not find better customer service!!
