I need to return my glasses due to the frame arm that broke on my second pair of the same frames. Why can't I return using an online function since your hours of support are so limited?

easy to access custom search features, love the walkthrough of options with prices. All the info I needed/wanted was right up front. the website did say it applied the WINTER coupon code or whatever but it got lost in the process so I had to reapply it. No drama.

!st positive design, when laying them down, either top or upside down, they are balanced so they don't fall on the lenses. I get a lot of compliments from my wife and friends.
