I have taken 310 for two years now.. First took two shakes a day with two healthy snacks and a healthy dinner.. I kept a meal diary for four months.. I lost 30 lbs. It really works if you work it!! This last year I have only taken one shake a day (I am so hooked, I just have to have it!!) I feel really good and I would recommend 310 to anyone who is serious about losing weight.
