They resolved from the very beginning never to sacrifice quality for profits. Founders Tim Sharif and Kirk Fabrizio began by looking for a meal replacement shake without fillers, controversial ingredients, or sugars. What they discovered in their investigation of the “shake market” was that many so-called healthy shakes actually caused weight gain or even created health issues. They wanted to create a whole new, healthy shake they could feel good about feeding their friends and families — even their kids.
Thus began their quest to create a meal replacement shake that was all-natural, containing the healthiest and safest ingredients available today. After researching, tasting and formulating countless combinations of ingredients, 310 Shake was born. I really loved the taste and flavors provided! The shaker cup was really nice too! I'm going to order more! I loved mixing them with almond milk and used them both as a meal replacement for the morning and brunch as well as for a snack on other days. I would highly recommend them as they are packed with good for you ingredients and taste great!!! I also liked that it's a 12 ounce shake instead of 8 ounce too!!!

because I love shakes but need to lose weight and get healthy. I wanted plant protein with other good stuff added in that wouldn't interfere with my medications. I also didn't want to do soy because of the plant estrogens, even though I do love soy.

I received the product quickly and felt it was a good deal to get all the sample packs and the shaker together! It tastes really good and doesn't have a lot of grainy texture to it. I have only used the shaker and not my immersion blender yet but I plan too! I'm looking forward to staying on this program! Thank you!

I enjoyed the shakes, I made them with vanilla flavored almond milk. I didn't feel that they controlled my appetite though, which is what I was looking for, but I only had 5 days worth of shakes. I need to reorder, kind of expensive though. I did join their facebook page which has turned out to be very informative.

I really wasn't sure what to expect but I actually liked it and was full for a good 2-3 hours. I liked all the shakes for the most part except vanilla chai. My favorite is the salty caramel.
