I was having problems opening and closing my sliding glass doors; in addition, the lock did not work well. I called and made an appointment. Ricky came to take care of my concerns. He was very considerate - wore a mask and kept wiping his feet so he would not track onto my light tan carpet. When I asked questions about what was wrong and what needed to be done, he was very knowledgeable and explained it so that I would understand what needed to be done and how he would do it. I thought the price was fair, and the service was excellent. I would definitely use them again, and would certainly tell people about their quality service.

I was in a panic bc I am in Illinois at a funeral and my 81 year old father managed to mess up our sliding door. I called 4 places and left messages. I came across 24 hour slider repairs number, checked out the website, and called....had 2nd thoughts bc I hadn't heard of them and hung up. 30 mins later someone called from their business noting a missed call from my number. I explained the issue, they offered a free estimate and said they could be there today to assess. They came out within 2 hours assessed the door, gave me a quote and completed the repair. None of those other places have yet to even call me back. I will definitely give this company our business again! They came through when no one else could be bothered. Thank you!
