Ordering and shipping were easy and fast. However,!the product had issues. On the antenna I ended up having to tap and rethread the connections. All of them. Out of the box they would start to go together but only about 1/4 of the way. I applied more force than should be required and still wouldn't thread on. After I spent 30 min rethreading all the connections it went together easily. I originally thought it was excess paint on the threads causing the issue. I removed the paint from the threads and they still wouldn't go on. Not many people have a tap and die set (they run $500) would not have been able to assemble this without the set.

The whip antenna that I bought for my cell phone booster from sure call which is the OTR variant, the antenna cable or coax rather, does not fit into the cell phone booster itself. There needs to be an adapter. Finding the correct adapter has been like trying to find a needle in a haystack.
