Selecting what I wanted was easy. Trying to pay for it was impossible! I selected the invoice I wanted to pay for but there was no way to pay. The only options were to print, download or return to the client area. I put in a support ticket but this was no help.

The shopping experience was easy but the service from 247zilla.com is extremely poor. There was no response to my trouble ticket that was submitted 3 days ago. There is no customer service available to ask a question. I will request a refund.

247Zilla has been a great host. I'm not the most savvy customer when it comes to hosting, so I end up submitting a fair number of basic questions, they are always kind, patient and provide clear answers.

So far from the day I bought the package, the support was good. I used Live Chat support when I started to setup my hosting packages as well as when I get technical issues in my sites. Also used the Ticket support as well for some issues. Response from both methods were quick and effective.
