Extremely professional and informative. My rep went far and beyond working with me to get all of my coverages in place. He made the whole process simple and easy to understand. He was very thorough plus, he 'triple' checked all of my prescriptions, being I'm currently being treated for a rare blood cancer and the list is extensive. Can't say enough of how patient and diligent he was as he managed my account and explained everything with clarity. I'm a repeat client and he is the number one reason why along with Joe Medina. Simply the best!!

Your reps are top-notch once you get to talk with them. That's key. However, what needs improvement is your response (or lack thereof) to emailed questions.
