I called about adding a D-Plan to my Medicare and was connected to Amy Mosby. I'm happy to report that she took the time to understand my current situation and the drugs I required, she directed me to a plan that would serve my needs, and then she stayed on the phone with me while I completed the Medicare application for the plan ... exactly as she should have done, and meeting my expectations of what should've been done. This experience with EIP was a rare one indeed. I was handled totally professionally, personally and humanely by a charming, very competent and articulate woman named Sophia Savaneli. I would thoroughly recommend her for career advancement and would recommend that you do not let her go. It was a thoroughly rewarding experience to talk to her.
I had just been diagnosed with bladder cancer and in my distress forgot to pay the payment to maintain my Rx plan with Aetna. She provided solutions, back up plans with full knowledge of every aspect of the situation and suggested a plan to what I should do if I could not be reinstated in the plan.
In the end I was reinstated but she was then able to give me additional information and confirm when the plan had been reinstated. It turned out to be an enjoyable experience and she showed true human feelings and consideration of my situation.
I will recommend Sophia and EIP based on this contact to my whole family and to others looking for the best health care plan.
