Jessica, who is very helpful and courteous. I am new to Aetna insurance so it's been a lot for me to take in over the past couple of weeks. she has made it very simple. calling me back and making sure that the pharmacy and department has the correct information on a prescription that they said they weren't going to cover. I feel much better now knowing that Jessica is on top of it.

We received a notice from our Part D provider that stated they were not covering our prescription medications. I contacted Conner McKay (our agent) via email to discuss. Connor immediately called me and got a conference call going between us and our Part D provider. Conner ensured we got all of our questions answered to our satisfaction. Conner did an excellent job at getting us back on track with our Provider.

I have been with EIP for quite a few years and feel like they do a much better job than a local Medicare Insurance agent that has a limited amount of companies they deal with. EIP seems to keep up on all the rates and different companies.
They give you the best price that your state allows you to have in an insurance company they find.
Thank you for helping me with my Medicare insurance coverage and understanding the different plans and what I get for the money I spend each month.
