I switched over to your company to guide my medicare choice about 3 years ago. I switched to a medigap product by United Health. Somehow my previous policy with Aetna was never canceled so I was paying for two policies. I called your customer support and Anastasia Smith answered the phone. She was incredibly helpful and arranged the canceling of Aetna policy. This required her arranging a three way call and once that was done she contacted Aetna. She was very kind and competent. She made it clear that she would take responsibilty to get this correction made. I want to publiclly thank her for her patience and also making sure that everything was completed properly. Was wanting to change my Medicare advantage to Medigap with Allstate insurance and had an unsuccessful attempt yesterday with another carrier.
