This is the second time that I ordered flowers and the product delivered did not closely match was was advertised on the website. While I realize and understand that there will be substitutions, it should still be a good quality flowers that are similar to what's depicted. I ordered a Bible from sendflowers.com for a funeral on March 2nd for $300 and I was very dissatisfied, but I did not file a complaint. This time I order two sets of flowers and both did not look like what I ordered.
