Had to wait an additional 3 days for delivery for delivery when i was told it would be delivered same day, called and spoke to someone and was told there was a problem with the order and that was it, no explanation of what the issue was or any solutions to resolve it just told i had to wait until the 28th to receive it. $71 for something that can't be delivered when promised. Unacceptable.

I was very thankful customer service was able to help when I called for my mistake with the receiver information. However the bouquet that was delivered was not anything like I ordered and the handwriting on the card was so bad and sloppy you couldn't read it. Very disappointed in the local vendor that was chosen. You should NOT use them as part of the vendor list.
