Well, as I mentioned i wanted to make mothers day ribbon rose bouquets. I also chose this manufacturer over another because i tried to place an other through their site and i had some issues with my order going through / duplicate orders. I called the number listed on the site not realizing it was a personal number, so I thought it was the company customer service number. I called once, they picked up and immediately hung up. Called twice, no answer so i left a voicemail. Called a THIRD TIME because I'd forgotten to say something in my last voicemail, so yes I will take blame for that, but what i won't take blame for is the way this guy treated me. The guy was not very happy and then began to cuss me out and call me narcissistic. Fun Times....

The site (anything involving the cart really,) is a tad bit slow, the FAQ don't work and error out with 404's, BUT!! With patience, and faith, this company has great products, despite web design complications!
