I had issue with the site since this morning. None of my ribbon would go into the cart and my cart emptied out 3 times. I never completed my order. I just paid for resins tobe done. I have spent the entire day literally trying to get my order in.

I am a member and when I tried to log in, I apparently forgot my password so I submitted my email 3 times to have password sent to me....It never arrived so I purchased as a guest. After I was directed to paypal site, it showed weird message saying my shipping address was wrong so go back to the shop and correct it, and the order was automatically canceled. So I had to proceed my order from the start. I don't know why. Oh, but this is a problem on paypal side, not on HAIR BOW CENTER.
