Customer service is the best I have ever have in my life. They are there really to help me solve problems. Really impressive. The only down point is that I cannot edit Financial projections in a way I wanted. There are a few restrictions. For example, I could set the starting date but not the ending month so if I wanted to change the marketing budget from 10% of the overall budget to 8% after three years, I had to do it manually.

Overall experience with LivePlan is awesome. Very informative and easy to read. Plans also come with templates and other examples you can use to get a sense for how to build you plan. Additionally if you have partners or a team up to five can also build and edit the plan. You can also leave comments about edits. If you have an advisors working with you you can add them as a guest and they can also give you feedback. I like that the financial forecast is separate and you can go into great detail when forecasting. The industry comparison allow you to see how you stack up against competition and others businesses in similar industries. Lastly once done with one business plan you can archive and save the information to work on another business plan. So if you are an entrepreneur like me and Often have great ideas you'd like to explore with a business plan, this is a great component.

This is a great and unique software. It is user friendly and all in one.

LivePlan has been a great asset in creating a business plan for a coffee roaster. It has been built with details and tools that facilitate a complete work. I would appreciate if the text box included grammar correction since English is not my first language. Now days people rely a lot on the phones, and even though the website works on the mobile it would be helpful to have a mobile app. Thank you for helping me achieve my business goals.

It's a bit awkward and not that user-friendly. For example, it is very difficult to make edits or change the data, even to correct spelling. If anything, it's too structurally rigid. It should be more free-flowing

Very easy ton use

Overall I think the product is great. Very user friendly and easy to navigate. It is full of very useful information that helps guide you through the entire plan. My only complaint is that I missed the renewal date by one day abs now I have to pay for an additional years service, which I did not need.

You deserve appreciation! I hardly take time to give feedback on sites as you know there is too much today to do on the screens. I would say excellent template/interface to make a business plan. I am an engineer and I wasn't good at making financial reports but LivePlan just not only helped me to make financial projections but also gave me a back-end conceptual understanding of all those reports. Their technical help system is superb! I got stuck in and they explained me fully till the data entry. Finally, my project has been approved and I pass a good piece of credit to LivePlan, they made it so much easier a difficult problem for me. Thanks very much! Keep it up!

After many searches for a Business Plan software/app, I found LivePlan. It was easy to use and easily created graphs for all my forecasts. I will continue to use LivePlan as a tool to guide me as my business grows.

The plan is comprehensive and has many resources for navigating through the segments. It also has training modules to help understand the system. Great service team to help through any questions aw well.
