I would like to be able to pay on a date of my choosing. This shouldn't make any difference in your cost vs revenue, but it would help me manage my cash flow better. If I could choose my payment date instead of having to deal with getting my account shut off, I would keep my subscription. Your system does not accommodate my needs so I will have to look elsewhere with better customer convenience.

Great customer service. No questions asked when it came to my full refund. I just did not like the upfront payment of a yearly subscription that's based on monthly payments. The awesome part. Their system is so easy to work. It's a great step by step. I ended up not needing a business plan for my business, but I'd definitely highly recommend this company.

This is a great product. Simple enough for teaching purposes but sufficiently complex to use for major projects. We use this in our MBA Entrepreneurship program and the students love it and learn a lot from it. It meshes well with our curriculum and reinforces the learning. Some of our students have continued to use it after class, as they refine and pitch their businesses. The support staff have been great when needed, and are capable and willing to give advice to our students as well. Amazing product, great people!

The Liveplan software/website is very user-friendly. The products and templates available provide wording and diverse business samples to assist with customizing your own. The graphs and chart features are great also!! Just enter your numbers and category descriptions and the software does the rest! I recommend Liveplan!

I found this tool at the right time. I had to write a full business plan which can be daunting. Although I had most of my sections fleshed out, this tool helped me organize, offered tips, wording, examples and guidance throughout the process. It seriously saved me a ton of time and filled all of the gaps I missed in my original draft. LivePlan's breadth of information and tools provide a holistic approach to a plan.
I would recommend this to anyone tasked with writing a business plan, even if you have most of the information already.

LivePlan support is the best I have encountered in these times where many companies fail miserably on support. Response time was excellent, which helped me work through my problem, and then she came back about three hours later with a nice tip that helped me do another task she noticed I had been doing on the spreadsheet even quicker.
