I think LivePlan is great and produces a beautiful business plan. I love all the examples and how each bit of information is broken down into easy to manage chunks. The hardest part for me was the self discipline of sitting down and getting the work done along with being confident about my market research and financial predictions. I ultimately registered for a business plan class (not part of LivePlan) to complete my business plan. Now that I have a better grasp of how to go about market research and predictions, I would use LivePlan to create future business plans or refine my current plan. Also, I'm on a Mac, so it's great that this is all online and works on any computer.

The liveplan software was very easy to use and update. Sample plans were helpful for the most part, and the ability to import data and images allowed us to "tell a better story" (we were working with international audiences, so we needed something to break up the monotony of straight text).
When I had an issue with "Milestones" not updating correctly, liveplan's Customer Service was really helpful and fixed the glitch once they realized the problem was on their end. Other employees use live plan for putting together their business plans and find it very user friendly. My job responsibilities recently changed and I'm not focusing on international sustainability; otherwise, I would continue to use live plan for my business plan activities.

Being in an Administration degree plan, and learning the ins and outs of building a plan is what makes a good sale solid. Persuading people to buy into your idea means having a solid well thought out plan financially, and from mission statement, to advertising. Liveplan did that in a very easy to use step by step method that would allow you to move forward and back as ideas struck. I enjoyed the program and outlined help for each step.

The Help Center was wonderful and full of insightful tips on how to complete my business plan. Perhaps an up sell would be a tie-in to Nielsen's market segmentation research or historical census data. I would have paid double for this information. If LivePlan subscribes to Nielsen, I imagine the cost would be offset by deferring the up sell to the masses that subscribe to LivePlan.

LivePlan is genius. For someone like me who has a million ideas firing off a minute, LivePlan offered me guide posts and a concrete path to plug in my inspiration and make it useable. I recommend this software to anyone venturing off on their own or upgrading to a living document. LivePlan can be with you every step of the way.

I really enjoyed the easy and user friendly interface that LivePlan offered. It was simple to understand yet provided the tools to create a very in depth and thought provoking business plan. It forced me to think about things I might not have thought about had I done my business plan on my own.
Overall, I have no regrets in regards to subscribing to LivePlan and feel it was money well invested in the future of my business.

I loved liveplan.com because it made my business venture an easy, smooth experience. Lots of references to help guide me on developing my plan into a professional work product. The price is reasonable and the ease of cancellation upon completion was superior. I would certainly recommend this site to others.

LivePlan provided an excellent guide and format for constructing my business plan. Ultimately, I decided not to proceed with the business at this time. I would heartily recommend LivePlan to anyone seeking a comprehensive, easy-to-use tool to creating a business plan, and I expect to be signing up again in the near future.

I was given the immense task by my bank to supply them with a Business Plan before they would consider making my dreams of a new business come true. So going to the drawing board and starting this plan from scratch I found almost impossible and immensely time consuming.
This is when I searched and found Liveplan.
It was easy to understand, to navigate around and it also made the task of completing a business plan not only possible but a reality!
With the help of Liveplan I am well and truly on my way to my dream coming true as the bank has accepted my business plan and pre-approved my loan.
