Shopper Approved has a Shopify app. Through this integration, your customers can leave their initial store (brand) rating and review directly within the Shopify platform on the order confirmation page immediately following a successful transaction, when customer excitement and anticipation is at its highest. Because the survey appears instantly and does not require the customer to navigate away from the checkout page, or wait for a follow-up email, it dramatically increases your overall review collection conversion rates.
Once products have been delivered, Shopper Approved automatically sends an email to consumers requesting ratings and reviews for the purchased products. After ratings and reviews have been collected, they are strategically displayed as social proof on Shopify sites and syndicated to Google, Bing, and AI platforms.
