I was having trouble getting my Android phone connected to my email account. I connected with someone named Jani via the chat box. This person was very helpful and had me up and going within minutes. This was a great customer service experience and makes me glad our company uses ServerPoint for our email hosting.

ServerPoint is a little too pricy on their support. I am new to Windows Servers, i just bought my first ASP.NET application so i needed a Windows Server. $35 is a little high for support, but i am happy to pay it if it means that i can get my business online. Thanks for offering Windows hosting at cheaper prices then my other host. Overall their support is the best, i get a reply within 1-5 hours every time i submit a support ticket and i have submitted a lot!

Serverpoint has hosted the website for a non-profit I volunteer for. I do not have a background in programming or building websites but working with the website is one of the roles I fill for the non-profit. When I have problems getting something to work, I fill out a ticket describing my problem and asking for step by step instructions to resolve the issue. The tech support people at Serverpoint are consistently fast, thorough and detailed in their responses and stay with me until the problem is solved.
