I ordered the wrong insert for the Sawstop throat plate; however, I believed I used the part number listed in the Catalog. Either way, someone should have recegonized it was the wrong one (since both were on the same order). We I contacted Customer Service, they offered to exchange the items, but I was responsible for shipping. I was willing to pay for the correct set since I made the mistake, but CS should have been willing to waive the shipping fee since I believe the catalog did not have the updated Part number.

Big fan of Infinity. I've purchased one of their router table packages, coping sled, and some profile router bits. All very well made and they deliver on their protential. I'll definitely be purchasing from Infinity again in the future. Excellent customer service, too, by the way.
