The reps are always polite and ready to assist me with my orders. We are tax exempt, and they have been prompt in the past to refund the taxes, and this year I called in advance (should have done this sooner...) and they quickly adjusted my account so that taxes would no longer be added. I have been using their cards for over 6 years, and am pleased with the quality of the cards and the accuracy of the programming.
