Wonderful program. I've been using EZ Address Book for years. It's dependable, easy to use and it's great to be able to print out pages for different size address books and print labels easily. I find it extremely helpful to categorize information and produce lists, books and labels from the categories you create.
On two occasions I had to contact customer service. In the "olden" days I actually called and spoke to Jeff. Today, I needed information, emailed him my question and had an answer within minutes.....yes, literally, minutes.

I really like the software and very easy to use. It is a little tricky converting the data to an Excel spreadsheet, which my wife prefers. I highly recommend this software.

With the new 10.0 version, it was so easy and quick to back up the database and restore as well. It functions perfectly. And it was very easy to update older versions. I am now using more of the features for our parish, including parishioners' pictures with their entries. This will help in noticing who has not been attending church for a while and prompts a message to "check in" with them.
