I've been very happy with the EZ Address Software. When my hard drive crashed, I contacted Elwood Software Support on a Saturday via email and received an email and help within minutes. My problem is solved and I have all my addresses back in time for Christmas cards. I am 100% satisfied with the product and the customer service.

Softwear was not transferred to new computer so contacted Tech Support and they told me to download it again and I would not be charged for it.

I like the EZ Address book program. I use it to keep track of mailing lists for postcards. Its fairly easy to use and sort names according to categories. When I first setup the program I needed some help and Jeff is very quick to respond with technical support. He also takes suggestions on how to improve the product. I just downloaded the latest version, so Im curious to see what improvements have been added

I had a previous edition of EZ Address Book and requested the current version. Received download instructions almost immediately. Really impressed with Elwood!
