Dotblock has been great to work with and they are always around when I need help. Since I'm not a power user I tend to call in more and every time the support staff helps me out quickly. They are also knowledgeable about their product and can disseminate needed information fast. Thanks again Dotblock for the great support.

I cant go one enough...
I have been with these guys for years and I pick up the phone and say I have this issue or that issue, even though as webmaster I should know how to do things...(but I am not professionally trained)
Doesnt matter when I say whats up they look into issues far beyond a normal Hosting company and always solve the problem or advise me correctly for a fix...
They always answer the phone and My sites stay up and running with 0 server related issues...
I dont know of any other hosting company that cares about their customers as much as Host rocket...
Think I wrote this as a company person...wrong contact me or visit my site qcinspectors.com and you will see I work elsewhere and they do provide hosting through the Dot Block side of their company...
I have Called Don many times and asked for help he even verified an auto registration email script that was 9 yrs old...he asked to see it then installed it set it up and showed me all the ins and outs...
Well above and beyond what any other server provider would have done...I was with four different companies prior to switching over to them, they keep all SQL and pearl updated so I could run my Vbulletin board and when they didnt have the version required they got it installed it and set up my site for me...
These folks treat me like I am their brother...

Have been using dotblock for a couple years now. Before i had a habit of switching hosting providers without hesitation, but since i started i using dotblock i couldn't be happier. When i have a problem they provide rapid response with a great attitude.
All dotblock employees that i worked with are great, but the following names are the ones that stand out the most when getting great costumer service.

We are a small business that needed more than just shared hosting and after quite a bit of research decided on DotBlock as our second attempt into the VPS world. Our first foray into the VPS world was not nearly as pleasant of an experience, and had nearly drove us away from the idea all together.
From the very start working with DotBlock has been quick and painless. Thanks to their wonderful stack system we had our server up and running in no time at all, which was a very pleasant surprise as most VPS companies do not have any way of starting with a nearly fully configured Virtualmin control panel out of the box. Over the three years we've been using DotBlock now we have only had to open a single support ticket which was handled quickly and professionally.

Great company. They've really improved since I first became a customer, and for that I'm very grateful since their support is always very courteous and helpful and their pricing is well positioned to top it off.
I have no reason to look elsewhere, DotBlock has what I need.

I initially chose DotBlock because of their competitive pricing structure, allowing me to expand as needed. Problem resolution, fortunately for myself, has been rare and very quickly handled. I've been happily surprised by the very reliable up-time of my server and the unmetered bandwidth is a big plus. I highly recommend DotBlock to my customers and friends.
