I called BGS for troubleshooting help in regard to my aging Goalrilla basketball system. Customer Service answered all my questions with options to solve the problems I was experiencing. In the end, I purchased a new system at a very competitive price as compared to local retail sports stores. The new system arrived in 5 days and we were back on the driveway court shooting hoops a few hours after unpacking.

I thought I was going to get a different hoop, but after speaking to the representative I learned A LOT about things I hadn't thought about and she directed me to a much better fit for our family.

The shipping company said they would help deliver/carry the product in our building - which was noted on the instructions. I verified twice if that was true and they confirmed. When the courier showed up he said that they could not do that. That created a problem - we decided not to have volunteers on sight to help carry the shipment inside our building. Fortunately, I was able to scrounge around for some men who were willing to help. But that was very inconvenient. Product is great but the delivery could have better follow through.
