We, bowlingball.com, have had a point-of-sale survey on our site for over two years now. We use them to get a pulse on our customers,
and to identify potential issues. We implemented ShopperApproved on our site in September 2010, and are very impressed with the results.
Our customers must like the feel of the ShopperApproved survey, because they are much more likely to fill out that survey than they are
the other 2 we offer. We are getting on average, 70 reviews per day through ShopperApproved. The other two surveys combined we are getting
on average 1 per day.
ShopperApproved does not rely on any gimmicks such as a chance to win a contest, or free gifts. ShopperApproved does not use pop-ups that are often blocked by the customer's browsers. They simply offer a clean, user friendly, point of checkout survey that customers fill out on their own without any need for coercion. We have found that using the Shopper Approved Seal and collecting feedback
from our customers has been a very powerful tool for us. Customers have

decision to make the purchase. I believe part of the reason we get a good
response rate is because the survey questions are short and to the point and
customers value their time. We have also found the "contact customer"
feature very helpful for solving customer's problems or at least clarifying
issues they had concerns with. It is fast and easy to implement and gives

valid complaints about the shopping process, and as a result of the collected information from Shopper Approved, we made some changes
to the flow of our website. The outcome was great. People loved the change, and we were happy to give the customers what they wanted.
