What happens after the 30-day free trial?
After you've tried Shopper Approved for a full 30 days, and you've seen the results first-hand, simply log into your account and enter a payment method to continue your service. As your company continues to grow and you collect more ratings and reviews, your plan will grow with you over time, so you only pay for what you need.
Can you help me get started?
Yes we can. One of the great things about Shopper Approved is that it is incredibly easy to set up. Just add one piece of code to your 'Thank You' page and you're done! But, if you need any help, our friendly support staff is standing by, ready to assist you via email, live chat, and phone, Monday thru Friday.
Can I collect reviews in private?
Sure you can! In fact, when you first get started, this is a great way to build up ratings and reviews before you display them. It also gives you the ability to prove the system and alleviate any concerns you may have about displaying customer ratings and reviews on your website. Then, once you've seen the results and you're ready to share, you simply add the Shopper Approved Seals and Review Widgets to your website.
What if I get negative reviews?
Great question. Research has shown that having a few negative reviews is a good thing, and can actually increase trust and sales. However, it's still a good idea to keep negative reviews to a minimum, which is why we include the Shopper Approved Customer Care Resolution Center to help you actively resolve customer concerns before they ever become an issue.
