Even More upsetting is that I corrected what was wrong originally, although I don't know how it was incorrect in the first place, and resubmitted a few days ago. and resent all of the forms for an additional fee. Then I receive an email again about the same form that I corrected. I went in and it was back to the original issue. If this happens again, I will expect a full refund of all payments made.”

“The website has several glitches where the proper page does not load. error codes. I had to "store" my credit card information on your page to be allowed to checkout and make payment. This is a deal killer. Unless this is changed I will be using another site next year. Very frustrating to have to re-enter all of the information on your site. I need to be able to enter the card for payment and not be forced to store the credit card information on your website. VERY BAD. EXTREMELY UPSET about the site security provisions. If my card information is compromised you will be held responsible for all damages. I am now forced to request a new card from American Express as a result of your practices. Please remove my card information from your site.”
“To the usability team-- Who designed the UI for this site? You need to have your customer audience try to file forms, particularly existing user. It's not intuitive to find a path for starting a new form, saving one and finding it again. Yikes! It's very, very bad. Do more usability work.

“I am angry and frustrated. I have been a customer for 3 or 4 years. I recommend you to people all the time, and tell them how easy your web site is to use. I have been receiving emails all month. Today, I attempt to log in to file my 1099 Misc forms, and I am told my email address is not on file and my password is no good.

“I tried to file the 1099-Misc form yesterday, 1/30/17. When I hit the Pay & Submit button it wouldn't let me continue and kept asking for an AMOUNT. It never said "add your credit card", which there was a link above to do that. The price yesterday was $4.99, and I had a 15% discount. Today when I tried to file the form again, it was $5.99, and the discount applied itself earlier, but when I finally added the c/c info, it no longer took the discount code. I have not had a good experience working with your website; however, your staff on the phone seem to be nice. I know it's not much, but I request a credit of the $1 + the discount that did not get applied today. Yesterday it said I would pay $4.24. Thanks!”
