Quick and easy way to order. I enjoy spending time looking through the catalog. My 5 granddaughters and I sit together and work on their coin books. I buy the Women's Quarter coins and the Innovation coins for them. They ask me every time they are here if they have coins to put in the books, that is their job. I love the excitement in their faces when I tell them we have new coins. Receiving the coin orders and approval coins gives me the excitement of anticipating of what I have and working with my granddaughters.

My original contact with customer service was that when I went online to check my order nothing showed. I was told that the order was in process but would take 10 or more days to be delivered. I received my order the very same day as my contact with customer service. It seems to me that you should know when you ship orders and have a better handle on when they should be received. Also, the online accounts should be updated to reflect the real current status.
