I've used Endless Electronics before so I trust their expertise with electronic devices. The website is well thought out and answers most questions without you having to look for information.
The only issue I had was not necessarily Endless Electronics fault but due to FedEx delivery issues it took 6 days to get my repaired ipad back. Also, the requiring a signature delivery made scheduling my time with FedEx difficult.
