When I first decided to purchase a new Dymo product for my new business I wanted to ensure I got the correct product. I sent an enquiry email to the company and found the reply to be very terse in the format of basically just a sentence of
"what do you want it for"
there was no "Thank you for your enquiry ..........." or end signature so unable to tell you who it was but they definitely require notification on how to respond.
This type of response continued with each answer/question I submitted.
My view is the company must invest more in training on how to respond to customer enquiries.
