Unfortunately, one of the items shipped was the wrong size. I made contact with Stellar and spoke with Jamie directly. He offered to have the supplier next day the correct item. As I did not need it that quickly I offered to a 3 day. I was very happy with the items ordered that I actually added more to come out with the replacement. Jamie offered a fair discount to cover my time and cost to ship back the incorrect item. Second delivery was correct and on time. Even though there was a mistake made, I still give them full marks for customer service. Mistakes sometimes happen. I will be doing business with them again.
