too complicated and slow

the support person was very rude and short and didn't help me understand how to restore my hosting package that was cancelled this Feb without sending me a reminder notice. I was very DISAPPOINTED that as a 7 yr customer my site would be deleted in less than 90 days for me to renew and I NEVER received a renewal notice which was why my site was a factor of why my site was deleted in the first place. I lost EVERYTHING, all my files, design, data, etc 7 years of hard work, blood, sweat, and tears are GONE because 2M HOST doesn't care about their loyal customers enough to remind them to renew or to grant a grace period longer than 30 days!!!, before they delete their account.
