I ordered four lighters at one time. When I ordered them, all of the four were I stock. But after TWO WEEKS, when I received my order, there are only two lighters in the package. The other two became back ordered. Nobody called me or emailed me to let me know what's going on. I let message online, I called their number, but never get a reply. Moreover, the lighters which I received, there is scratch on one of them!!!!!!! I need an exchange, but don't know who should I get contact with. BAD BAD BAD

Great products, great service, quick delivery. I previously ordered the Zippo brass armor custom engraved lighter. I just received the chrome with darkened custom engravings for my friend!
