I've been contacting Scott literally for months in an attempt to have him help me set up my blog. He always responds quickly, and has given me detailed information in answering all of my questions. He's always friendly and extremely helpful! His video how how to set up a blog, as well as the written instructions are very detailed and understandable especially for someone new to blogging.

I am very satisfied with all the information that I got on the blog starter. When I had questions, he was quick to answer them back in clear and simple ways I could follow through with other sites I want you to buy more and more stuff before you can complete setting up your site, but Scott does not do that and it is truly free and very simple and easy to follow and understand.

I'm a newbie to the world of blogging and I've emailed Scott at least three times (so far!) and he has responded quickly and addressed all of my questions with the right answer and links to further help me. Customer Service is everything in today's world. If there were 10 stars I would have given him those!
