Your site offered shipping options that weren't available. I selected a certain option several times, it showed it was accepted, but when I went to checkout it had changed to a different option. Also, I was forced to input my credit card information several times because there were "errors processing" my card.
I also loathe having to make accounts for a most likely one-time purchase. If I were pleased with the experience, I would shop here more often and willingly make an account. But to be forced to make it is frustrating.
